This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.yimailife.es (hereinafter, «the Site»), owned by YIMAILIFE, S.L. (hereinafter, «YIMAILIFE»). Access to the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

YIMAILIFE reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as these conditions. Use of the Site after the publication of such changes implies their acceptance.

The Site is intended for users with full legal capacity under Spanish law. Those under 14 years of age may not use the contact forms without the consent of their parents or guardians.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationships established between YIMAILIFE and the user shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, YIMAILIFE and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless applicable regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
